About Southwest Dairy Day
Established in 1991 by Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service, Southwest Dairy Day is Texas’ largest dairy educational field day. It attracts roughly 500 participants annually, including dairy producers, allied industry professionals, students, and community members. The event rotates locations across Texas, showcasing innovative dairies and cutting-edge technologies.
