Meet John Westra, the proud owner of Summit Dairy in Primghar, Iowa. John has 850 cows under his care and has embraced the innovative CowManager system in 2020. John Westra (owner): “It has definitely made our time more efficient. It pulls up a list and we can go directly to the pen and find the cows that need attention. We don’t lock up any cows or we don’t tail chalk any cows. Our cows go to the barn, come back, and eat & lay down.”

Also, herdswoman Irene Cancino is very glad with the orange ear sensors and believes it’s one of the best decisions her boss has made when it comes to the tools they are using on the dairy. She explains it help them in many areas of the dairy farm.
